Legends speak of a mythical haven of gardens, located somewhere along the southern coast deep within the Lilac Forest, though the full size and exact location have never been precisely mapped. It may only be entered through a special grove of white sycamore trees lovingly entwined to form an enchanted gateway into the protected sanctuary within.
That this place has fae origins is indisputable. The magic is so thick even the most mundane of creatures can feel it in the air, and the flutter of tiny wings can be heard as the slender forms of pixies flutter about from one area to another, residing in a colony in one of the rear glades of this safe haven.
There are many gardens, glades, and groves here, but in the center is both the largest and most visually appealing. Many perfectly cultured paths lead throughout the rows of plants and flowers in geometric spirals that all seem to lead to a quaint little house atop a central dome hill, but none but one will actually lead visitors to the doorstep, some enchantment seeming to mislead those unwary enough through a beautiful but endless circle through the surrounding scenery.
Beyond that central garden are a myriad of other glades and gardens, each providing a different type of biome for the herbs, flowers, fruits, and plants growing within. Several ponds are scattered about as well, providing underwater habitats to support botanicals and creatures. Reagents and components of nearly every imaginable sort, mundane and magical alike, can be found if one looks long enough.
