Lanhail is an expansive land of rolling plains and meadows in central Felfatheas fed by a large quantity of tranquil rivers that come down out of the mountains from the north. Much of it is tended by elven gardeners and rangers who roam and protect these lands, helping to mold the land to a natural beauty and maintain balance. Rolling rivers, srings and gardens and pastures aplenty can be found here, often dotted with cultured hedges and fields. Large quantities of wildlife can be found here as well, with deer, antelope, moose, elk, and even more exotic species roaming freely and unhindered in small herds. There are also some predators that make their homes here as well, feeding on those packs, but the elves maintain that this is part of the natural balance in general.
Gardens of the Last
Set upon a small island inside of a lake and reached by boats formed of driftwood in the shapes of wild water creatures, the Gardens of the Last are among the mightiest botanical works in all of Eluaria. A font of magic is at the core of the garden, and all that grows around this central spring grows to enormous size and fruitfulness. The island is a place of some power and importance, and it maintains an army of elven rangers that takes protecting the island quite seriously. Fruits and vegetables here grow to enormous sizes, immense quantity, and of exquisite quality. Giant flowers and mushrooms grow so large that ladders are sometimes set for visitors and tenders to climb up on top of them. Indeed, the center of operations for the gardens is housed inside of the core of an enormous toadstool!
Ezel Rima - The Green Horizon
Far to the south, where the land reaches the furthest reaches of the mighty Aean, is a small town of fine repute, known as the Green Horizon, or in elven, Ezel Rima. From these shores do many elves claim that the longing for the sea calls to them, heard amongst the cries of sea gulls flying in the winds. The town is home to a line of elven shipwrights who build elven vessels known to glide across even the roughest seas. These craft take many years to build, and are prized among the elven nobility. Also at the Green Horizon can be found the training grounds of the elven rangers, who roam the woods and forests of Taur-en-Atar and Lanhail, living with and protecting it from harm. These legendary warriors are trained to excellence with both blades and bows, and are only to be seen in the wilderness if they choose to be seen.
Nadhras - The Pasture
This wide open pasture serves as a breeding ground for the many forms of elven mounts and cattle. There are stables spread out over the pasture where horses, zebras, and other animals can be treated and tended, but otherwise all the wildlife is left to roam free, and the elven tenders and rangers guide the land and creatures toward balance.
